How To Submit a Bid
1. Review Our Plans
At the link below, you will see five different plan sets. These are the initial set of architectural and engineering plans we will be building in the area.
2. Fill Out Pricelists
At the link below, there are folders for each building category. In those folders you will find a blank pricelist as well as other information on that category. Please download and fill out any pricelists that pertain to your business and send to Patrick Bergmann (pbergmann@hunterquinnhomes.com). If you have any questions about the pricelist, please reach out to Patrick and we will get those answered.
Once bids are submitted, they will be compiled and analyzed. If a bid is accepted, you will receive an email from Patrick. From there you will go through the process of becoming an approved Hunter Quinn Homes Trade Partner.
If Your Bid is Accepted...
Submit Compliance Documents
Hunter Quinn Homes uses a third-party compliance tracking software called TrustLayer. When a bid is accepted and you have received an email Patrick Bergmann you will receive an email from TrustLayer (hunterquinnhomes@trustlayer.io) shortly after. An example of this email is below.
When you receive this email click on the "view request" button. This will take you to a landing page that outlines all the insurance requirements and other documents needed. You can drag documents onto this page. You can also forward this page to your insurance broker using the "forward request" button.

At the link below, you will find a copy of our subcontractor agreement. This is just an example. This will be signed in TrustLayer. You can also view a copy of our insurance requirements. You will see these same requirements on the TrustLayer landing page.
Register for SupplyPro
Hunter Quinn Homes uses SupplyPro for scheduling, purchase orders, and lien waivers. We will provide you with the following information:
- SupplyPro Standard Pricing – There is a cost associated with using SupplyPro. The details are outlined on this form
- New Supplier Setup – Please use this guide if you are new to SupplyPro to get signed up
- Existing Supplier Setup – Please use this guide if you are already on SupplyPro to add Hunter Quinn to your list of accounts
- SupplyPro Guide – This guide will help you navigate SupplyPro once you have signed up
Please note, Hunter Quinn Homes requires Lien Waivers to be signed in SupplyPro in order for payment to be issued. Instructions on how to do that are in the SupplyPro Guide.
